REGISTRATION
The registration is free of charge. You must be 18 years old to use Styr & Ställ. Before renting your first bike, we need to verify your credit card. You will be required to deposit a credit of 10 SEK which can be used in all fare types.
Payment with credit card.
RFID CARD
In order to connect an RFID-Card (e.g. Västtrafik card) with your Styr & Ställ account, please register first. Hold the card on the bike computer, enter the phone number you registered with and press "OK". Then enter your PIN code and press "OK". You can now use the card as a rental medium to rent and park the bike without your smartphone. Rent a bike by holding the card against the bike computer. Please note that not all types of RFID cards are accepted.
2. Rent & Return
Quick. Simple. Flexible.
RENT BY APP
Simply scan the QR-code or enter the bike number.
You will receive a 4-digit lock code to enter into the BikeComputer. Press OK.
RENT BY BIKECOMPUTER
Enter your registered phone number and PIN and press OK.
The fork lock opens. Secure it next to the basket.
You can park your bike by pressing P on the BikeComputer and closing the lock afterwards. The rental continues.
To continue your ride, simply enter the lock code into the BikeComputer again and press OK. The lock opens.
Return your bike to an official station. Close the fork lock and press ‘OK’ on the BikeComputer.
Check your app to make sure the bike was returned successfully. Contact the customer service in case the rental is still running.
1 ACCOUNT = 4 BIKES
You can rent up to four bikes at the same time using one account. Special rates and offers only apply to the first bike, additional bikes are charged at the standard rate.
RESERVE A BIKE
You can reserve a bike by app or via customer service 15 minutes prior to rental. To reserve via app, simply click on a station on the map, click on 'reserve a bike', select a bike, and confirm.
SERVICE FEES
Returning bikes outside of official stations as well as on private ground or in parks is not allowed. A service fee of min. 200 SEK will apply.
